Refund and Returns Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 48 hrs to process your order.  If retail/Fan Shop transaction, and while we strive to maintain inventory, we cannot for all items and may need to order.   We will advise as soon as we process the Order as to whether order is in stock or will be ordered in.  If Club Order, you will be contacted by our Sales Team.   Expect an email when order is confirmed and completed.   

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local delivery is available for addresses within local Postal Codes near our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When Order is Processed and Completed; You will receive an automated email from Website; confirming order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48hrs using.   We use a Service to identify the best shipping option for the Flat rate shipping fee shown in Cart which applies to retail orders.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@teamkits.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
